Refund Policy

Tickets sold via the Regis School of Music

• Refunds are available if we're notified at least 5 days before the event. After that point, tickets are non-refundable.
• For sold-out events, we will do our best to reallocate your ticket to someone on our waiting list — but we can't guarantee this.
• To request a refund, please email info@regisschoolofmusic.org.uk with your booking reference and the date of the event.

Tickets for external clubs or third-party websites

Some events hosted at the Regis School of Music are ticketed by their own organising clubs — including the Bognor Regis Music Club (BRMC), the West Sussex Guitar Club (WSGC), and others.

Tickets sold through those clubs' own websites or booking systems are managed entirely by those clubs. Refund requests for those tickets are the responsibility of the club that sold the ticket and should be raised with them directly, not with us.

If you're unsure who your ticket was purchased from, please check your booking confirmation email — the seller and their contact details will be listed there.
